Seated Acupressure is an extremely popular therapy which is sometimes referred to as Seated Massage or Acupressure Massage.
It is based upon a traditional Japanese technique called Anma, which means to press or rub. The technique used involves stimulation of the Meridian Lines whilst massaging the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp. Leaving you refreshed and energised.
The treatment is carried out whilst you sit on a massage chair. No oils or creams are used and you can remain clothed at all times. Some people prefer to wear a thin strapped top or to wrap their upper half in a towel. The choice is yours and does not affect the quality of the treatment.
Some of the benefits of Seated Acupressure include relief from…
- Back and Shoulder Issues
- Repetitive Strain Injury
- Menstrual Problems
